A BIT ABOUT ME...

I was raised in a small farming town in Southern Minnesota and have built a successful career climbing the corporate ladder. It hasn’t always been easy, in fact, sometimes it has been downright hard.
BUT I LEARNED, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!
I have been on a quest to find an easier way to live in harmony with my work while maintaining authenticity and a sense of calm. I also wanted to show up well for myself, my husband Alex and my daughter Zara. I knew that if I wanted to maintain a “Big Girl” job, I had to change the way I lead myself and others. Throughout this process, I also discovered the power of intuition and have been blessed with the ability to be a spiritual medium. I use this incredible gift as a tool to help people like you learn how to live a life of fulfillment, alignment and balance.
